THE LONDON INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT EXCHANGE ORDER AND THE LONDON INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT EXCHANGE (MODIFICATION) ORDER
NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF A SUPPLEMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENTS RELATING TO THE ABOVE ORDERS

ARGENT (L.I.F.E.) PLC hereby gives notice that it is the applicant for the above Orders. We give notice that a supplement to the Environmental Statements which accompanied the applications for the above Orders, (“the Orders”) is being submitted under Rule 6(12) of the Transport and Works (Applications and Objections Procedure) Rules 1992. Copies of the applications for the Orders and of plans and other documents submitted with those applications, together with copies of the Environmental Statements submitted to accompany the Order applications when submitted and of the Supplement to the Environemental Statements to which this notice relates may be inspected at the offices of the Planning Department, London Borough of Hillingdon, at The Civic Centre, High Street, Uxbridge, of the Planning Section, Slough Borough Council, at 5th Floor, Wellington House, Town Square, Slough, and of the Planning Department, South Bucks District Council, at Council Offices, Windsor Road, Slough, and at the offices of Argent (L.I.F.E.) Plc, 5 Albany Courtyard, Piccadilly, London W1V 9RB; and during their usual hours of opening at the Langley Library, Trelawney Avenue, Langley, Slough, Slough Central Library, High Street, Slough, and West Drayton Library, Station Road, West Drayton, from 22nd November 1999 until 11th January 2000. In addition, a copy of all of the above documents, (including the Environmental Statements and related Supplement) will be avaiable for inspection from 22nd November 1999 until 4th December 1999, at St. Thomas’ Church, Vicarage Way, Colnbrook, Slough, from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., on Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. Copies of the Environmental Statements as submitted at the times of the applications and Supplement to the Environmental Statement can be purchased at a cost of £150, £50 and £50 respectively, at the offices of the Plannning Department, London Borough of Hillingdon, at The Civic Centre, High Street, Uxbridge, and at the offices of the Planning Section, Slough Borough Council, at 5th Floor, Wellington House, Town Square, Slough, for as long as stocks last. Any person wishing to make representations about the applications in consequence of the Supplemental Environmental Statement should make them in writing before 11th January 2000, to the Secretary of State for the Environment Transport and the Regions at the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions, TWA Processing Unit, Zone 3/11, Great Minster House, 76 Marsham Street, London SW1P 4DR.
