Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held at Mazars Neville Russell, Cartwright House, Tottle Road, Nottingham NG2 1RT, on 20th December 1999, at 10 a.m., for the purposes stated in the aforementioned section of the said Act. The following Resolutions will be proposed: that the Liquidator’s proposed final receipts and payments account is approved, and that the Liquidator may distribute the remaining funds pro-rata between those Members who have proved in the Liquidation. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting, but who is unable to do so, is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member. Proxies should be lodged with me at the above address not later than 12 noon on the last working day (Monday to Friday) prior to that Meeting. P. M. Lyon, Liquidator 22nd November 1999.
