Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Plan, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with the following Companies: HH Robertson (UK) Limited; Robertson Thain Limited; Engart Fans Limited; BMS Plastics Limited; Freeman Chemicals Limited; IRD Mechanalysis (UK) Limited; Newgate Simms Limited; is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to William M. Mercer, PO Box 64, 5 Bedford Park, Croydon CR9 2ZT, marked “For the attention of K. M. Keepen” (acting for the Trustee of the Plan). Such particulars to arrive no later than two months from the publication date of this advertisement.
