RETIREMENT BENEFITS & LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 section 27, notice is given that all persons having any claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Thos King & Sons (Builders) Limited Retirement Benefits & Life Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) are required to send particulars in writing to the Trustees of the Scheme at 24 Flensburg Close, Andover, Hampshire SP10 4LW, on or before 14th February 2000, after which date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
