APRICOT COMPUTERS LIMITED STAR PLAN

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Apricot Computers Limited Star Plan (“the Scheme”) is winding-up. The Scheme was operated by Apricot Computers Limited (registered office 100 New Bridge Street, London EC4V 6JA). Anyone including former employees (whether full-time or part-time) having a claim against the assets of the Scheme are required to send their names, addresses and details of their claim in writing to the Scheme Trustee, c/o Liz Fallon, at Eversheds Pension Trustees Limited, 115 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 3AL, on or before 17th February 2000. After this date, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme to the persons entitled to them, and will have regard only to the claims of which it has notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person whose claims or demands have not been received by the Trustee. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who have received correspondence relating to the Scheme from the Trustees or Hymans Robertson.
