Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 18th January 2000, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, Michael E. G. Saville, Grant Thornton, St. Johns Centre, 110 Albion Street, Leeds LS2 8LA, the Liquidator of the Company. Notice is further given that the Liquidator intends to declare a Third and Final Dividend within 4 months of the last date for proving. M. E. G. Saville, Liquidator 16th December 1999.
