A winding-up order was made in respect of the above-named Company on 11th March 1987 in proceedings in the High Court of Justice under action number 398 of 1996. Take notice that I, Richard John Hill of KPMG, 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG, (Ref. njm/957/2x), as Liquidator of the Company, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors of the Company, within 4 months from 18th November 1999. Any Creditor of the Company who has not submitted a claim in the liquidation and who wishes to participate in this dividend should submit a statement of claim to me at the address stated above by 31st January 2000 or otherwise be excluded from this dividend.
