Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Insol House, 39 Station Road, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 4AP, on 1st February 2000, at 12 noon and 12.30 p.m., for the purposes provided for in the said section.
