Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE FIRESTONE UK RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 25 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the occupational pension scheme known as The Firestone UK Retirement Benefits Plan (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any part-time employees of that company) is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her interest to the person whose name and address is set out below before 10th March 2000, after which date the Trustees will distribute the pension fund monies amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the monies so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. The person to whom particulars of such claims and interests should be sent is PricewaterhouseCoopers, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP (Ref. Mr. A. C. Manning).
