Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30th November 1999, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 1st December 1999, MARK STEPHENROGERS, of 15 Annie Besant Close, Armagh Road, Bow, London E3 2ER, single and a British citizen, abandoned the surname of Cunningham and assumed the surname of Rogers. 1st December 1999.
