Notice of Intended Dividends

HARCOURT MOTORS LIMITED

The Liquidator of Harcourt Motors Limited gives notice under the provisions of Rule 4.186 and Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that he intends to make a First and Final Dividend to the non-preferential unsecured Creditors of the Company on or before 22nd May 2000. Creditors, who have not already done so, must send details in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, Stephen J. Adshead, of Fanshawe Lofts, 41 Castle Way, Southampton SO14 2BW, by 14th February 2000, which is the last day for submitting claims. A Creditor who does not make a claim by that date will not be included in the proposed First and Final distribution. S. J. Adshead, Liquidator 14th January 2000.
