Take notice that by an Order of the Salford County Court made in the above action on 25th November 1999 the Court ordered that there be leave to serve the Bankruptcy Petition in this action by publishing particulars thereof in this publication and by publication in the Manchester Evening News. The Petitioner is Helen Kathleen Bridge, of 69 Hatro Court, Stretford Road, Urmston, Manchester M41 9WG, who has Petitioned the said Court for an Order for your Bankruptcy. You have failed to pay the Petitioning Creditor in accordance with a Statutory Demand dated 25th January 1999, requiring payment or security to be given of a debt in the sum of £16,948.10 inclusive of interest to the date of judgment together with costs in the Manchester County Court Case No. MA 608417 but exclusive of interest from the date of the Petition to the date hereof. The said Bankruptcy Petition will be heard at Salford County Court, Prince William House, Peel Cross Road, Salford, Manchester M5 2RR, on 11th February 2000, at 3.40 p.m. Important.
