LONDON LIFE STAFF SUPERANNUATION SCHEME
SECTION 27, TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given to all parties who are, or were, Members of the London Life
Staff Superannuation Scheme (“the Scheme”) that it is to be wound up. It is believed
that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and
the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme. If you
were a Member of this Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and
you have not been contacted by the Trustees in the last month, regarding the transfer
of the Scheme’s assets and liabilities to the AMP UK Pension Scheme, please post notification
of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership
of the Scheme to Tim Illston, at Burges Salmon, Narrow Quay House, Narrow Quay, Bristol
BS1 4AH, so as to reach that address on or before 25th March 2000. The Trustees would
be interested to receive a notification from any person who is, or was, employed by
The London Life Association Limited, London Life Limited or London Life Group Services
Limited on a part-time basis and who is intending to bring a claim based on inequality
of treatment or access to the Scheme for part-timers. Claims received after the above
date will be excluded from benefits under the Scheme.
