Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Member of the above-named Company has been requested to attend at 1 & 2 Raymond Buildings, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5BZ, on Monday, 6th March 2000, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. The Member of the above Company has been requested to attend at a Final Meeting to be held at 10.15 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
