POLES LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME
Notice is given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Poles Limited Retirement Benefit Scheme (the Scheme) are in the process of completing the wind up of the Scheme and wish to notify persons having a valid claim against or interest in the Scheme. This notice concerns you if you are an employee or former employee of Poles Limited or are a spouse, widow, widower, child or other dependant of any such employee or former employee. The Scheme commenced on 4th January 1990, and is now being wound up. The Trustees have already notified the Members and Beneficiaries of the Scheme for whom they hold records. If you have not already received notification from the Trustees and you believe you may have a right to benefit from the Scheme, please send particulars in writing to: Mr. J. C. Hatch, Hamels Mansion, Hamels Park, Knights Hill, Buntingford, Hertfordshire SG9 9NF, within three months of the date of publication of this notice. After that date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme according to the records they hold and including any valid claims for which they have had proper written notice.
