SECTION 27, TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were Members of the Scheme which is being wound up. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme. If you were a Member of this Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and you have not been contacted by the Trustees in the last month, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership of the Scheme to Sarah Jeffrey-Gray, Burges Salmon, Narrow Quay House, Narrow Quay, Bristol BS1 4AH, so as to reach that address on or before 70 days from the date of this advertisement. The Trustees would be interested to receive a notification from any person who is or was employed by W T Davies (Group) Limited, W T Davies (Plant Hire) Limited, W T Davies (Transport) Limited, Wenvoe Construction Co. Limited, Cardiff Demolition Co Limited or Telford Trucks Limited on a part-time basis and who is intending to bring a claim based on inequality of treatment or access to the Scheme for part-timers. Claims received after the above date will be excluded from benefits under the Scheme. February 2000
