ROYAL AIR FORCE CLUB PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person claiming a beneficial interest in the Royal Air Force Club Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest or beneficial including full name, address, date of birth, national insurance number, dates of entry into membership of the Scheme to The Secretary, The Royal Air Force Club, 128 Piccadilly, London W1V 0PY, before 29th February 2000, after which date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they had notice and will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
