Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having any claim against or any interest in the Estate of Leah Hirniok, late of 4 Springfield Avenue, Morley, Leeds who died on 8th September 1999 and whose Will was proved on 24th January 2000, is hereby required to send particulars advising of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned and to send particulars no later than 15th April 2000 after which the personal representatives will distribute the Estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claimants’ interest of which they have notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not by then have had notice.
