FOSTERS OF BRADFORD LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Trustees of the Fosters of Bradford Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (the “Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any person not currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme and who has not received a letter dated 4th February 2000 from the trustees of the Scheme should write to Fountain Trustee Limited, 117 The Headrow, Leeds LS1 5JX, Ref. MEC/MJB, giving details of their claim to benefits under the Scheme. Any claim must be registered by 30th April 2000. No person making a claim after 30th April 2000 who is not presently known by the trustees to be a beneficiary of the Scheme shall be entitled to benefit from the Scheme.
