Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of The Insolvency Rules 1986, that Creditors are required to prove their debts by 24th March 2000, which is the last date for proving. The Liquidator gives notice that a First and Final Dividend will be paid with a period of 4 months from the last date for proving. Creditors of the Company should send their addresses, descriptions and full particulars of their debt or claims to M.G.J. Glover, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AF. Under Rule 11.3(2), a Liquidator is not obliged to deal with claims lodged after the last date for proving.
