THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925—SECTION 27

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Midland Marts Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme and the Midland Marts Limited 1993 Pension Scheme (“the Schemes”), are winding-up. The Schemes were operated by Midland Marts Limited (registered office: PO Box 10, Banbury Stockyard, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX16 8BP). Anyone including former employees (whether full-time or part-time) having a claim against the assets of the Schemes are required to send their names, addresses and details of their claim in writing to the Scheme Trustees c/o Lisa Gillespie at Eversheds, 115 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 3AL, on or before 17th April 2000. After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Schemes to the persons entitled to them, and will have regard only to the claims of which they have notice. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person whose claims or demands have not been received by the Trustees. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Schemes or who have received correspondence relating to the Schemes from the Trustees.
