I, being the Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend to declare and distribute a Final Dividend in the above matter. Creditors who have not proved their claims in the Liquidation by 11th April 2000, will be excluded from the Dividend. It is intended that a Dividend will be declared within 4 months from the above date, being the last date for receiving Proofs of Debt in this Matter.
