CARLYLE GROUP PENSION FUND
THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, notice is given that the Carlyle Group Pension Fund (the “Fund”), is winding-up. The Fund was operated by Carlyle Group Limited (whose registered office was Midland Red House, 1 Vernon Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B16 9SJ) which was previously known as Carlyle Works Limited. Associated Employers who participated in the Fund are Carlyle Vehicles Limited, Carlyle Bus Centre Limited, Carlyle Parks Limited and Carlyle Engineering Services Limited. Anyone including former employees (whether full-time or part-time) having a claim against the assets of the Fund are required to send their names, addresses and details of their claim in writing to the Trustees of the Carlyle Group Pension Fund (the “Trustee”) c/o N. Mason, William M. Mercer, Stratford Court, Cranmore Boulevard, Shirley, Solihull B80 4QT, on or before 30th April 2000. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person whose claims or demands have not been received by the Trustee. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Fund or who have received correspondence relating to the Fund from the Trustee.
