Notice is hereby given that I, WILLIAM GILESHUTT, of 21 Mimosa Close, Selly Oak, Birmingham B29 4DA, in the county of West Midlands, formerly called and known by the name of Giles William Hutt, a citizen of the United Kingdom by birth, by virtue of the British Nationality Act 1981, give public notice that, on 31st August 1999, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the order and priority of my forenames and surname of Giles William Hull and assumed and adopted in place the order and priority of my forenames and surname of William Giles Hutt and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 31st August 1999 under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 27th January 2000.
