Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 8th November 1999 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18th January 2000, Sophia Joy Wharton, of 49 Hamble Drive, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, as parent, on behalf of BRUNO ALEXANDERWHARTON, a child, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Ailward and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Wharton.
