Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 4th January 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4th January 2000, SHIKAYLA APRILBRISSETT, of 68 Coopersale Road, Homerton, London E9 6BA, married and a Commonwealth citizen, abandoned the Christian name of Beulah and assumed the Christian name of Shikayla April.
