Notice is hereby given, under the provision of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a First and Final Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, S. L. Conn, of Stephen Conn & Co., Steam Packet House, 76 Cross Street, Manchester M2 4JG, by 16th March 2000. I shall within four months of that date, proceed to declare such Dividend and Creditors who have not lodged their claims will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made. S. L.
