Notice to Creditors and others to make their claims against the Trustees of the Production Steel & Metals Group Limited and Subsidiary Companies Retirement Benefit Scheme. Notice is hereby given that any person having an interest in or a claim against the Production Steel & Metals Group Limited and Subsidiary Companies Retirement Benefit Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim to the Trustees of the Production Steel & Metals Group Limited and Subsidiary Companies Retirement Benefit Scheme care of Mr. J. Currid, William M. Mercer Limited, Clarence House, Clarence Street, Manchester M2 4DW, and to send such particulars not later than 28th April 2000, after which date the Trustees will distribute the fund among the persons of whom they have notice and will not, as regards the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. Claims need not be made by persons already receiving pensions from the Production Steel & Metals Group Limited and Subsidiary Companies Retirement Benefit Scheme or who have received correspondence relating to the Scheme from William M.
