Notice of Intended Dividends

ADAMS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 23rd June 2000. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 1st April 2000, to send their proofs of debt to David Robert Wilton and Andrew Howard Beckingham, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cornwall Court, 19 Cornwall Street, Birmingham B3 2DT, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
