The Queen having been pleased to approve that Mrs. Elizabeth Margaret Jill Macphie, be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the area of Kincardineshire, to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in her favour bearing date 10th February 2000 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
