Notice of Intended Dividends

OPUS ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED

I intend to declare a dividend in the Liquidation of the above-named Company. I have reason to believe that you may be a Creditor of the Company but you have not yet proved your debt. The Creditors of the Company may lodge proofs of their debt with me at the above address up to 27th March 2000 (“the last day for proving”) quoting the name of the Company above. If you do not prove your debt by the last day for proving you may be excluded from the dividend which I intend to declare within a period of 4 months from that date. A.
