Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I, Peter Anthony Lawrence, of Moore Stephens Booth White, 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN, being the Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend to declare an Interim Dividend within the period of 4 months from 5th April 2000. Those Creditors who have not yet proved their debts in the liquidation are required, on or before 5th April 2000, to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts to me, and, if so required in writing by me, personally, or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any dividend declared before such debts are proven.
