STALYBRIDGE HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED(t/a Woodlands Nursing and Residential Home) Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 31st May 2000. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 10th April 2000, to send their proofs of debt to D. Thornhill and Gerald Ian Rankin, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Abacus Court, 6 Minshull Street, Manchester M1 3ED, the Joint Liquidators of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
