Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Scheme, is required to send particulars in writing of his/her claim to Victoria Lockie, at Pearson Education Ltd., Edinburgh Gate, Harlow, Essex CM20 2JE, before 15th May 2000, after which the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have notice and will not, as regards to the assets so distributed to be liable to any person of whose claim they do not then have notice.
