POLYVEND LIMITED (1983) PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, under section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Polyvend Limited (1983) Pension & Life Assurance Scheme is required to send particulars in writing to T. Bingham Esq., Polyvend Limited, Station Lane, Witney, Oxfordshire OX8 6BU, before 14th May 2000, after which date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled, having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice and will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not then have notice.
