Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 93(1) and (2) and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final General Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Leigh & Co., Brentmead House, Britannia Road, London N12 9RU, on Friday, 14th April 2000, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the windings-up had been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Companies. M. H.
