Notice of Intended Dividends

BENEFITCO LIMITED(Company No. 2714168) The Liquidator of the above-named Company gives notice under the provisions of Rule 4.186 and Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that he intends to make a Final Dividend payment or or before 9th May 2000. Creditors who have not already done so must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, Johnathan Guy Anthony Phillips, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, at Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, by 6th April 2000, which is the last day for submitting claims.
