THE LESLIE WISE GROUP PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
RE: THE TRUSTS OF THE LESLIE WISE GROUP PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME (“the Scheme”) Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or interest in the Scheme which is subject to the definitive Trust Deed and Rules dated 19th April 1991 (as administered by the present Trustees; J. H. Gowers and N. Wise), is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned on or before 1st June 2000, after which date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which the said Trustees shall then have had notice and the said Trustees will not as regards the assets of the Scheme or any part thereof so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice. Notification is not required from persons who have at any stage received communications relating to the Scheme from the Trustees or their advisers, Aspen (Actuaries & Pension Consultants) plc.
