Notice is hereby given that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company, under the terms of the Company’s voluntary arrangement, is 17th April 2000, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, Malcolm Shierson, of Grant Thornton, 1st Floor, Royal Liver Building, Liverpool L3 1PS, the Supervisor of the Company.
