Notice is hereby given that by a Change of Name Deed Poll dated 29th May 1999 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 29th February 2000, SUSANBLAXLAND, of 3 Vicarage Close, Syston, Leicestershire, divorced and a British citizen as defined by section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, has abandoned the surname of Cork and assumed the surname of Blaxland. 29th February 2000.
