Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 29th November 1999 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 8th March 2000, GOSIAGRANT-LIPINSKA, of 31 Victoria Avenue, Didsbury, Manchester M20 2QX, a married woman and a British citizen by virtue of the British Nationality Act 1981, section 6(2), abandoned her first name Malgorzata and her surname Grant and assumed the first name Gosia and the surname Grant-Lipinska. 8th March 2000.
