Notice of Intended Dividends

AIRMEAD PLC(formerly Willaire Electronics Plc) A First and Final Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter. All Creditors who have not already done so are invited to prove their debts at BDO Stoy Hayward, Bowman House, 2-10 Bridge Street, Reading, Berkshire RG1 2LU. Any Creditor who does not prove and submit his or her claim by 18th April 2000 will be excluded from this dividend which is to be declared within 4 months from the last date of proving.
