NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE SAID ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Central Office have, pursuant to Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, cancelled the registrations of: Wards Bridge Social Club Limited (Registered No. 19107R) the registered office of which is at Wards Bridge, Lichfield Road, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, West Midlands. Staffordshire/Shropshire Pig Producers Limited (Registered No. 22966R) the registered office of which is at 252 Walsall Road, Bridgetown, Cannock, Staffordshire WS11 3JL. Enterprise 81 Limited (Registered No. 23472R) the registered office of which is at Northfield Road, Netherton, Dudley, West Midlands. The Societies cease to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Societies, which may be enforced against them as if such cancellation had not taken place.
