EATOUGHS LIMITED PENSION FUND
Notice is given under section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Eatoughs Limited Pension Fund (the “Fund”) are in the process of completing the wind up of the Fund and wish to notify persons having a valid claim against or interest in the Fund. This notice concerns you if you are an employee or former employee of Eatoughs Limited or are a spouse, widow, widower, child or other dependent of any such employee or former employee. The Fund commenced 1st April 1964, and is now being wound up. The Trustees have already notified the members and beneficiaries of the Fund for whom they hold records. If you have not already received notification from the Trustees and you believe you may have a right to benefit from the Fund, please send particulars in writing to: Mr. Trevor Godley of 2nd Floor, Pegasus House, 17 Burleys Way, Leicester LE1 3BH, within 3 months of the date of publication of this notice. After that date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Fund according to the records they hold and including any valid claims for which they have had proper written notice.
