THE CLARKE FLOOR EQUIPMENT (UK) LIMITED RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS SCHEME
TRUSTEES ACT 1925, SECTION 27
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1927, that any person
having a claim against or an interest in the Clarke Floor Equipment (UK) Limited Retirement
and Death Benefits Scheme (the “Scheme”) who has not already received benefits/transfer
value from the Scheme, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or
her claim to Ian Wilkinson, 200 High Street East, Wallsend, Tyne & Wear NE28 7RP,
and to send such particulars not later then 7th June 2000, after which date the Trustees
will finalise the wind-up of the Scheme and will not be liable to any person of whose
claim they shall not then have had notice.
