Notice is hereby given that the Joint Liquidators intend to pay a Dividend in respect of the above Companies. Creditors of the above-named Companies, are required, on or before 28th April 2000, to send their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts and claims to the undersigned, R. W. J. Long and N. H. Cooper, at RSM Robson Rhodes, 186 City Road, London EC1V 2NU, the Joint Liquidators of the Companies, and, if so required by notice in writing from the Joint Liquidators, either personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice and in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proven.
