I intend to declare a Final Dividend in the liquidation of the Company. The Creditors of the Company may lodge proofs of their debt with me at Ernst & Young, Norham House, 12 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8AD, up to 31st May 2000 (“the last date for proving”) quoting the name of the Company and the reference NE0042/NM/ADK/12.4. If a proof of debt is not provided by the last date for proving you may be excluded from the Dividend which I intend to declare within a period of 4 months from that date. R. M.
