EXXITS GROUPS LIMITED PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME(formerly called the Exxtor Group Limited Pension and Life Assurance Scheme, the Tor Line Pension Scheme and the East Coast Terminals and Storage Pension Scheme) Notice is given, in accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Exxits Group Limited and Life Assurance Scheme is being wound up and that the Trustees intend to distribute all assets of the Scheme. The Scheme was formerly known as the Exxtor Group Limited Pension and Life Assurance Scheme, the Tor Line Pension Scheme and the East Coast Terminals and Storage Pension Scheme. Any person who believes they have a claim against the Scheme or a right to any benefits under it must send details of their claim or its rights in writing to the Trustees c/o Exxits Group Limited, 11 Charles Street, London W1X 7HB. The deadline for receipt of the details by the Trustees is 9th June 2000. After this date the Trustees will complete the winding-up of the Scheme and will distribute all its assets among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice. They will not be liable to any person of whose claim that have not had notice at the end of the distribution. Anyone who has received a copy of a letter from the Trustees dated 7th or 8th March 2000 addressed to them personally does not need to respond to this notice.
