UNTRACED MEMBERS Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of The National Commercial Bank Pension Scheme are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by The National Commercial Bank (London Branch) or SNCB Securities Ltd. If you were an employee of The National Commercial Bank (London Branch) or SNCB Securities Ltd and, if you have not already been contacted and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme, please contact The National Commercial Bank, Pensions Administration, Wellington House, 4th Floor, 125 Strand, London WC2R 0AP. Bonafide claims must be made within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After that date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice. They will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
