BLADE SECURITIES LIMITED

I, A. J. R. Wollaston give notice that, on 17th December 1999, I was appointed Liquidator of Blade Securities Limited by an Order of the Court, dated 17th December 1999, upon the retirement of W. M. Roberts on the same date. Notice is hereby given of the Liquidator’s intention to pay a First and Final Dividend in this case. The Creditors of the above-named Company are therefore required on or before 26th May 2000 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any) to A. J. R. Wollaston, Rolls House, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NH, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, by their Solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
